Mental Health & Wellness Evaluation
$400
A comprehensive two-part assessment to understand your child’s emotional, behavioral, and medical needs.
Includes:
Initial Parent Visit (approximately 60 minutes, virtual or in-person)
Child Evaluation Visit (30 to 60 minutes, in-person)
Optional Add-On:
ADHD Testing (QbCheck®) - $150
ADHD Testing only
$200
For families seeking an ADHD evaluation outside of a full intake.
Includes:
QbCheck® computerized attention and activity assessment (15 to 20 minutes)
Summary for clinical documentation and/or school accommodation planning
Anchored Care Plan
$125/month
Ongoing mental health care for families already under Dr. Anguiano’s care. Designed to ensure consistent support, reduce overwhelm, and provide family-centered guidance over time.
Includes:
Direct access to Dr. Anguiano for medication-related concerns
Follow-up visits every 1-4 weeks while adjusting treatment
Maintenance visits every 2-3 months once stable
Coordination of care and family education as needed
