Parenting a child with ADHD can make you feel adrift.

Anchored care helps parents and kids feel grounded, connected, and confident.

Scheduling a free meet and greet appointment with me is a simple first step.

It is a supportive conversation where you can share your concerns, ask questions, and see if Anchored care is the right fit for your family.

ADHD is real, it rarely travels alone, and help is possible

About 1 in 9 US children has been diagnosed with ADHD.

Nearly 4 in 5 of those children have at least one other condition alongside it.

About 2 in 5 experience anxiety.

About 1 in 3 received no ADHD-specific treatment in the past year.

Every child deserves care that sees all of it, not just the part that shows up in the classroom.

What does ADHD care mean at Anchored?

If almost 80 percent of children with ADHD have something else going on, then "does my child have ADHD?" is rarely the whole question. The real question is whether this is ADHD, ADHD plus something else, or something else entirely.

Answering that means looking at attention, worry, mood, sleep, and learning together, not one at a time. It takes more than fifteen minutes and a symptom checklist.

That is the kind of evaluation we do here.

Care begins with truly seeing and hearing each child and family. We address ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood concerns while building resilience, confidence, and stronger family connections.

Our model combines the warmth of in-person visits at our San Antonio office with the flexibility of secure telehealth for families across Texas. Each care plan is personalized and may include evaluations, behavioral strategies, family support, and, when appropriate, medication management.
