Parenting a child with ADHD can make you feel adrift.

You do not have to sort this out alone. Begin with clarity, then build support.

A short conversation to share what is going on, ask questions, and see if Anchored is the right fit.

No cost, no pressure.

You are in the right place if

  • Mornings and homework have turned into a daily battle

  • You have been told to wait and see, and waiting is not working

  • You are not sure whether this is ADHD, ADHD plus something else, or something else entirely

What an Anchored evaluation looks at

Nearly 4 in 5 children with ADHD have at least one other condition alongside it. So "does my child have ADHD" is rarely the whole question.

Answering it well means looking at attention, worry, mood, sleep, and learning together, not one at a time. That takes more than fifteen minutes and a symptom checklist.

Care starts with truly seeing and hearing your child and your family. We work on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood while building confidence, skills, and stronger family connection.

How it works

1. Meet and greet. A free 15-minute conversation. Share your concerns, ask questions, see if this is the right fit.

2. Evaluation. A full picture of attention, mood, sleep, learning, and executive function, with objective testing when it helps.

3. A plan you can use. Clear findings, school supports, practical strategies at home, and medication guidance when appropriate.

FAQs

How much does an ADHD evaluation cost?

Anchored is a self-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. The comprehensive ADHD evaluation package is $900. It includes parent intake, evaluation with your child, objective attention and cognitive testing, executive function screening, and a results and treatment planning session. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

What ages do you work with?

Medical care is for children and teens through age 18. Non-medical coaching is available for kids, teens, adults, and parents.

Do you see families outside San Antonio?

Yes. Medical care is available by secure telehealth for families anywhere in Texas, and in person at our Stone Oak office. If your child is prescribed ADHD medication, we do need to see you in person at least every six months. Coaching, which is non-medical, is fully online wherever you are.

What is the difference between your medical care and your coaching?

Anchored Pediatric Mental Health provides medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.

Anchored Coaching is educational and non-medical. Coaching builds practical executive function and self-management skills. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for medical care. Some families use one, some use both.

What happens on the free 15-minute call?

You share what is going on, ask whatever you want to ask, and we figure out together whether Anchored is the right fit for your family. If it is not, I will point you toward resources that are. There is no cost and nothing to commit to.
