When life feels overwhelming, you don’t have to drift alone.

Anchored care helps children and families feel grounded, connected, and confident.

Parenting a child with mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to figure it out alone. A meet and greet is a simple first step.

It is a supportive conversation where you can share your concerns, ask questions, and see if Anchored care is the right fit for your family.

Mental health struggles are real, and help is possible

One in five children in the U.S. face a mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenge. Yet fewer than 20 percent receive care from a trained provider.

At Anchored Pediatric Mental Health, we believe every child deserves access to compassionate, expert care that meets both their needs and those of their family.

What does mental health care mean at Anchored?

At Anchored Pediatric Mental Health, care begins with truly seeing and hearing each child and family. We support the whole person, not just symptoms, addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood concerns while building resilience, confidence, and stronger family connections.

Our model combines the warmth of in-person visits at our San Antonio office with the flexibility of secure telehealth for families across Texas. Each care plan is personalized and may include evaluations, behavioral strategies, family support, and, when appropriate, medication management.

By blending clinical expertise with compassionate guidance, we help children and families feel grounded, capable, and ready to navigate life’s challenges.

Meet Dr. Grizelda Anguiano

Board-Certified Pediatrician

Mental Health Advocate | ADHD Specialist

I am a board-certified pediatrician specializing in pediatric mental health, ADHD, and executive function. With a holistic and relational approach, I help children thrive and guide families in feeling grounded, connected, and confident through life’s seasons. My passion for pediatric mental health began when I saw how early, personalized support can change a child’s life trajectory.

"ADHD is her specialty - she supports the entire family, not just the child."
